What is your usual Turnaround Time?
- Our personalized gifts are designed and produced by our Vendors and shipped directly to you. our customer. Their turrnaround times vary, but typically in about 2 weeks. Please check the individual product information regarding the Ship Time for that item. Holidays and other busy times, such as Mother's Day, Graduation, or Back to School, can extend the shipping times.
- We make every effort to assure prompt delivery of your order.
- Please read the product description for estimated ship dates, as most of our items are hand crafted and made-to-order. Our designers make every effort to expedite the production of your order.
- Shipping times given in the product descriptions are estimates. You can expect delivery of your items 2-7 days after the estimated ship date. We will notify you promptly of any delays. We cannot be held responsible for delays that are out of our control.
- Items ordered together may not be shipped together.
- Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx or UPS. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. At this time, we can only ship within the continental US.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed.
- Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge.
What do your Holiday Order Deadlines mean?
- The order deadlines listed on our Holiday Deadlines link are the cut off dates that our designers and suppliers will guarantee delivery of your order before a major holiday. On occasion, Rush processing and/or expedited shipping may be available for an additional charge. Please contact us at customerservice@whimsees.com to inquire about placing your order after the stated deadline.
Do you have Personalized Gifts not shown on the website?
- Yes!!! We have hundreds of items that just won't fit on our website. If there is a particular item that you are looking for, please email us at customerservice@whimsees.com or call us.
Can I use more than one coupon or offer code on the same order?
- You can only use one coupon or offer code at a time.
Do you offer volume discounts?
- Yes!! We can work with you on larger quantity orders for organizations, school groups, or special functions. Just email us to discuss your options.
